Update LED_BUILTIN pin for LOLIN32 (#362)

* Add ESP.getChipId() function to get ESP32's ChipID.

* change getChipId() to getEfuseMac()

* * Change board:Lolin32 to LOLIN32
* Update LED_BUILTIN pin for LOLIN32
