* Allow configuration of Ethernet PHY clock source

The internal APLL can be used to generate the 50MHz clock for the internal EMAC and the external Ethernet PHY.
The clock can either be input on GPIO0 (as before) or output on GPIO0, GPIO16 or GPIO17 (only GPIO17 extensively tested).
New example available.

Development Status

Most of the framework is implemented. Most noticable is the missing analogWrite. While analogWrite is on it's way, there are a few other options that you can use:

  • 16 channels LEDC which is PWM
  • 8 channels SigmaDelta which uses SigmaDelta modulation
  • 2 channels DAC which gives real analog output
