If you want to test ESP32-S2 and/or ESP32-C3 through the board manager, please use the development release link:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/gh-pages/package_esp32_dev_index.json
Now you can install the latest 2.0.0 version from the boards manager.
